Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients.
Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market and new project launches.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
Experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
Professional attitude with excellent client relationship skills.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
